Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. This can happen because items are stocked in different domestic or international warehouses, or because one item is temporarily backordered. Shipping items separately allows us to deliver available products to you faster instead of holding your entire order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped directly from our domestic and international fulfillment partners.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All orders are shipped with tracked and insured shipping. While we do not control postal services or customs agencies, if a package is confirmed lost in transit or returned to sender, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may:

Will I be charged for customs duties and taxes?
Prices displayed on our website are listed in USD and do not include international customs duties or taxes.
